How Shipping and Delivery Insurance Works
At checkout, you will see the option to add shipping protection to your order, for a small percentage of your cart value.
When checkout is complete the necessary order info is saved for coverage, and a brief email is sent to you, providing instructions for submitting a claim along with a link to the claims page on the GUIDE website.
When you experience order issues, you simply follow the link to the GUIDE site and file a claim by submitting your email and order number. The GUIDE support team is standing by ready to work with you, committed to getting a resolution by way of a replacement order in 24hrs or less.
